Searching for my biological brother, given the name "Mark" at birth. Birthdate uncertain, but I do know it was August 1986 (possibly around Aug. 18) in Little Rock, AR. Birth mother's name is Tammie Flavin. The birth father was in the Air Force at the time and I believe his first name was John, but I'm not certain of his last name (I could also be wrong on the first name). Tammie had some assistance from a home for unwed mothers in Little Rock, although I do not know which one. Tammie is from Hot Springs, Arkansas located in Garland County. I apologize for the vagueness of this description, but it is all the information my siblings and I have. It would also be helpful if anyone could provide me with the names of any such home for unwed mothers.
