I am searching for any of my husband's biological relatives. He was born in or around St. Louis, MO on 10-08-1973. He was put into foster care for about 5 plus months due to some issue around him being adopted. The birthparents were around 19 and unmarried. The father was described as tall and the mother as medium build. One had an Irish background and the other Polish.
My husband was adopted and raised by a couple in Riverton, IL with the last name Pugh and they used and IL agency for the adoption.
