I am searching for my daughter, Victoria Caldwell, born October 20, 1995 in Silverton, Oregon. Her bio dad gained custody of her in 2003, and I have heard through a number of people that due to an altercation with his wife, she was placed in foster care in Erie County, New York, and ultimately adopted or placed for adoption in 2007 or 2008.
