I'm trying to find a marriage record for a marriage between Felix Juan Angus Aguirre (my great grandfather) and Johann Matheson (my great grandmother, who I believe was Scottish and emigrated to Argentina for a while). How can I go about finding this without actually going to Buenos Aires? I don't speak Spanish, so I am hesistant to write and request a search, especially as I am not sure of the year. I believe that the marriage happened between 1908 and the end of 1911 (when my grandfather was born in London and registered by a Johann Aguirre, who gave him up for adoption shortly afterwards), but it may have been earlier. I know this is all very vague, but we know next to nothing about his real family, as he was adopted.
