I am searching for my son who was born in San Antonio, Texas on 29 June 1990. His mother is Belinda Ybarra and she was in the Air Force, stationed at Lackland AFB, Texas. At the time I was stationed in Germany. She put him up for adoption without my consent. I tried for years to do something about it to no avail. to the best of my knowledge, he was adopted the night he was born and was given the names of James Nicolas. this information is hearsay so it may not be correct.
