9/14/65 Male Adoptee born in Goldsboro, NC and adopted out of Wayne County DSS. It is believed that the case workers name was Mrs Smith. Mother was 23 yrs old, liked to read and cook and was a good student. She was single, white, 5'4, 140 lbs, medium brown hair, green eyes and fair complexion. Her father passed in 1959 due to heart attack and her mother was still living at time of adoption. Father was 42 yrs old, 6'1, 160 lbs, a mechanic and finished up to 11th grade in school.
