I am looking for my birth mother or any of her subsequent children. Her name was Anne Philomena O'Callaghan of 95 Woodley Park, Dublin. Prior to my birth on August 5th 1964. I was born Maria Chantalle, in Hope Hospital, Pendleton, Salford, England at which time my mothers address was 61 Broom Lane, Salford. I believe I was brought back to Ireland within 3 months and was adopted through a private arrangement. I believe I was handed over in the Montrose Hotel, Dublin. My adoption was not formalised till 1974 as my birth mother had failed to complete a release form in 1964 and it took till 1974 for her to finally complete the form. |
