Born in Washington, D.C. 3/12/1956. Adopted at age 9 months. Was adopted thru St Anne's Infant Home. Catholic Charities handled the adoption. Searching to obtain Medical Information. I have been having serious health issues and need to ibtain a Medical History. I was told that my birth mother was a medical secretary (?). Any help would be greatly appreciative. |
