My mother was born at Surrey Memorial Hospital on May 2 1948. She was underweight. She was adopted by a childless couple in the Fraser Valley. She is not interested in finding her birth parents and I respect her wishes. I am curious about medical records only for her birth parents. She was raised by a wonderful couple who also adopted a boy 3 years later. |
