Adoptee Candy Lynn Collins searching for: Birth parents Birth siblings Birth family I am an adoptee born at McFarland hospital in Lebanon, TN on May 16th, 1976. I was born about 2 months early so I was taken by Angel van to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville, TN due to the resulting medical conditions. My birth name was Candy Lynn Collins. I believe my birth's mother's name is Jane Collins. My birth father and mother may have divorced before or around the time I was born; I believe I also have four older siblings. As a young baby I was placed with a foster care family until I was adopted my them when I was 5 years old (in 1981). Visits with my birth mother continued on becoming less in frequency until I was 5 years old and then they discontinued I guess due to being adopted. I cannot remember anything about my mother at this time, but I am told she had reddish hair. Thank you, Danielle Adams (was Vardell)
