Searching for birth parentt(s) of girl born on or about July 3, 1967 at UAMC, University of Arkansas Medical Center, Pulaski County, Little Rock, AR. Girl has light brown hair, blue/green eyes, turned up nose and high cheekbones. Very fair skin, no freckles, fine hair and almond shaped eyes. Also looking for possible foster parents who may know more about the adoption than ultimate adoptive parents. Girl was adopted at 18 months, was in foster care for an unspecified time before adoption. Was wearing a green Neiman Marcus dress at the time of first meeting with adoptive parents. May involve deceased Reverend Dr. Dale Cowling and his ministry, who orchestrated the adoption in January of 1969. Adoptive parents of the girl were Texas natives and moved from Little Rock to Texas just after the adoption. Adoptive parents remember the name Melissa Alana Hale as being noted as the girl's name on some adoption documents but are unsure of the true name of the girl.
