I am looking for my biological parents. I'm female born March 8, 1983 in Memphis, Tennessee I believe at the City of Memphis Hospital(now MED). My adopted parents, Carl and Betty, are from Arkansas. I believe my birth mothers name is Jennifer Addington possibly last name Hartt now. And may live in Oak Harbor, WA, married to Danied Edward Hartt. Mary from the hospital helped with the adoption.
