Looking for info on my Great Grandfather Eliphlit Coleman born Nov 15 1858 in Georgia..Coleman as far as I know wasn't his birth name,his parents died and he was taken to Fort Smith Ark and adopted by James Coleman & Julia Moncrief Coleman.
Dec 12 1879 he married Mary Elizabeth Denny daughter of William "Billy" Denny...They had 7 children..Brockett,Evy,Noah,Lorenga,Gus,Nova & Matt.
Eliphlit died Oct 24 1941..Mary died March 6 1928
both were living in Oklama at time of their deaths.
I would like any info on them I can get..Especially if someone know's who Eliphlit's birth Parents were...
