Looking for biological parents of a boy born in Erie, Pa on 9/9/1972. We do not know much, but we know the following. The biological maternal grandmather signed off on the adoption and she passed away in the 90s. The birth mother was 18 when she gave birth. The other interesting thing, was the adoptive parents were moved up on the list because the promised to take the baby out of Erie.
