Searching for my brothers biological family. Believer the fathers name is Charles Lewis.. not 100 per sure. He would be from washington In. The mother would be from around the Indianapolis area and went to Vincennes University at one point. My brother birth date is 12-10-88 he would be 20. Its very important to find them, as my brother is no longer with us to be able to find them himself.
