I was born April 4, 1956. My birth name was Ronald Ladner. My mother's name was Charlotte Toth. She was about 29 years old at the time. the included picture is supposedly Charlotte Toth, my birth mother. She lived at Patch Barracks. My birth was in Waiblingen, Germany. I do know that there are 2 half brothers in Germany somewhere but the German Government wouldn't release any information. I was adopted by an American Military couple by the names of Joseph and Della Harris. My adoption took place in Boeblingen, Germany in 1957.
