I am helping my 72 year old father search for his 1/2 brother. Birth Name: Robert (Bobby)( McQuade, Furlo or Carter) DOB: 11/13/1954 Hospital: Saginaw General Hospital BMother: Lillian Furlo (Carter-Maiden name) 335 South 12th Street, Saginaw, MI (address as of 9/26/55) BFather: Robert McQuade 903 South Bond Street, Saginaw, MI (address as of 9/26/55) BFRobert McQuade entered into a legal Agreement on 09/26/1955 with BMLillian Furlo to dissolve his parental rights and pay $550.00 to the office of the Friend of the Court, in Saginaw, MI. Either that year (1955) or the year after (1956) Bobby was adopted out due to hard times. It is said that Bobby was adopted by an attorney who later moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL. We are not sure if the adoption was private or done through the Social Services of Saginaw County. It is said the attorney at the time to dissolve parental rights of Robert McQuade may have handled to the adoption or even adopted Bobby. The attorney's name was Kenneth (Ken) W. Cleary, who later moved to Bridgeport or Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. Lillian Furlo was business partners with an Al Suffety around this time, he or friends may know something about the adoption. I have learned Robert McQuade has passed on and always denied paternity.
