Searching for birth mother/father. Or any family members. Was born April 17, 1970 532PM at Ideal Hospital. Originally name was Todd, surname was I think Short not sure of that. Was born prematurely which led to complications that ended up with me having cereberal palsy. Was adopted in 1976 through Social Services. Went right from the hospital to foster care.
