I'm curious about my birth family - especially concerning medical history because my parents never received that documentation. I won't lie and say that I'm not curious about other things, but I am not sure yet whether or not I am ready to see or meet someone face to face.
I was adopted when I was about one and a half years old. I was born in Albuquerque, NM in 1983. I was adopted to a couple in Seattle, WA. I believe my birth mother was young - perhaps late teens when I was born. I'm not sure where she was from, but I don't think it was NM. |
