I am searching for my birth mother/father/or any family member. I was born on April 23, 1989 in Enid, Oklahoma at Bass Hospital. I weighed 8 lbs. 1 3/4 oz. My name on my paperwork was "Baby Girl Buckner." It was a closed adoption through DHS in Garfield County, but I somehow came across paperwork with a possible name for my birth mother - Betina Buckner. I know she was 15 at the time of my birth. She is described as petite - 5'0 and around 120 lbs with dark hair and light eyes. Her grandmother's name may possibly be Belinda.
