I am trying to identify the biological father of Helen Irene Pierce b.Feb.15, 1909 in Amelia, NE. Her mother was Lillian Rose Pierce (Weller) b. March 4, 1890 in Cherokee, Iowa. Lillian was not married at the time of Helen's birth. Helen was raised by her maternal grandmother, Laura Belle Hoskins and step-grandfather, John Dickinson, near Carter, SD. Lillian married William Weller in 1914 and had 6 sons: Donald, William, Gerald, Harold, Eugene and Charles (Helen's half brothers) Helen married Frank Ryschon Aug 31, 1925 and they lived near Valentine, NE. Helen died Dec 23, 1997 in Valentine, NE. | |||||||||||||||||||||
