A baby girl born at Boston Lying In Hospital in Boston, MA to Rosemary Crowell. Date was approximately June 14-17 of 1979. It is possible the birth father was listed on birth certificate but unlikely. Her parents demanded the adoption proceed under their name. His name was Mark Welch. Mother surrendered baby at hospital. She was adopted by a Jewish couple who later adopted another daughter that we know of. As of last records in adoption folder, they still lived in the boston area. Most likely blonde with blue eyes as both parents are blonde with blue eyes. |
