I am looking for a baby girl I gave up for adoption in Louisiana. The child was born November 23, 1996 at Memorial Baptist Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana. Birth mother's maiden name is Richelle Lloyd and was Richelle Goffner at the time of birth. The baby's name at birth was Kaiya Chebrielle Goffner. The agency used for the adoption was Adoption Options in Gonzales, LA. The agency was ran by a lady named Becky and a lady named Cheryl performed the adoption.
