Formerly named ROSEMARY RHODES (DOB April, 27, 1940, in Kansas City, MO), I am hoping to connect with my birthmother, birthfather or any possible siblings Don't know my mother's name but believe she was 19 when I was born. At the time, my mother was working as a housekeeper & think she belonged to the Baptist faith. Don't know my birthfather's name either, but what little information I received indicated he was around 26 years old, and worked at a soda fountain. I was adopted when I was two weeks old by an Irish family -- surname McCARTHY -- from an orphanage called St. Anthony's in Kansas City. My pre-adoptive name was Rosemary Rhodes. My current surname is de Vos.
