I am looking for my birth mother or birth father or anyone that can give me some background about me. I know that I was born in London Ontario canada. Through the roman catholic adoption agency, other information I have is my maturnal mother is malteses and my faturnal father is from the british isles. they were both going to a trade school in London he was about 6foot tall and a part time boxer my mother was just 5foot tall or so and had many siblings and roman cathlic. I was born June 15 1965. and i was adopted about 3 months later. I know that my mother was about 20 years old when she had me as well as my father. I am a Mother of 3 adult boys and medical information would be of great help. I hope this information helps and and some how i can receive some sort of connection to help with medical back ground. The name they gave me at the hospital was Charlene but i have not last name to connect to. When I was adopted My name was changed to Patricia (Pat) Antionette King after my adopted father who picked me up and brought me home to Chatham Ontario. 1 Hour away I am always in london for one thing or another.
