I was born Carol Hamblin on 23rd October 1965. I have been advised that it's possible the date was registered incorrectly, so could have been born 23rd August or September, or 22nd or 24th October 1965. My birth mother's name is Patricia Hamblin, and I believe my birth father is named Robert/Bob. I'm unsure where I was born, however my adoption was processed in Hammersmith, London. My parents; Tony & Barbara Alston, named me Nicola, and I'm now Nicki Matakaiongo. I have natural red hair, which I've always worn short & green eyes. I would love to find my birth mother. I'd like to let her know that I think of her often. I'd also like to thank her for the courageous step she took, and let her know that I've had a wonderful life so far.
