I am searching for my birth mother and or birth father. I also have 3 1/2 siblings that I am aware of. I was born in Las Vegas NV at Sunrise Hospital march 27th 1975. There is a possibility my birth mother's last name was Blue (not sure of spelling) My birth father was in Dental school in Las Vegas but I do not know his last name. I was adopted through the LDS church. I am in need of medical information.
