I am a female born 7/13/66 in Hotel Dieu Hospital at 8:21am. I weighed 9 pounds, 14 ounces at birth. My birth mother named me Mary at birth. I was placed in St. Vincent's Home for Infants until I was adopted. I am searching for my birth mother/father and any family members. I would like to thank my birth mother for chosing adoption as well as learning my biological information. I do not have the names of my birth parents. The information I do have is that my birth mother was admitted to the maternity program of Associated Cathlic Charities in June, 1966 and was discharged in August, 1966. She was 25 years old at the time of my birth. Physically, my birth mother was 5'10" tall, weighed 140 pounds, and had blonde hair, blue-green eyes and a fair complexion. She was of English and Irish descent. My birth mother was born in Louisiana and was residing in Louisiana at the time she entered the program. Her mother was 48 but there was no information given about her father. She had one sister, age 24.
