I am looking for my birth parents. I was born at Swedish Covenant Hospital in Chicago IL. on June 5, 1982. My adoptive parents paid for my birth mothers medical expenses. I believe my birth mother was 18 and my birth father was 17 at the time of my birth. I have a letter that a social worker had filled out with small amounts of information about both my birth parents. I believe my father was polish/italian and my mother was jewish/italian. My father was tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. My mother was shorter with darker hair and dark eyes and a small frame. One detail that sticks out to me is that my father tried marijuana a few times....lol. Other then this information I know my father had a lot of allergies and I have some more information on some of my birth parents family medical history.
