Searching for birth mother and 2 siblings that I remember. My birth name is YOON YUNG CHUL. I was born in Seoul Korea around 1973. My father died and I remember being taken to an adoption agency. I ran away a total of 3 times, being taken back each time. The third time my mother said some pretty harsh things to me and I didn't try to run away again.
