Searching for birth mother,girl born 01/18/72 at 2:30pm at Broadlawns Polk County Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. Adoption was through Lutheran Social Services. I was born prematurely. I believe my birth mother was 13 years old. My aunt had some birth defect that affected her hand or arm. Diabetes possibly runs in the family with a grandmother or great grandmother.
