I am trying to locate my birth mother. I was born on 12/3/82 in Huntingdon, TN at my home. I do not have my mother's name but I was named Heather. My mother was born on 4/17/59. She was described as 5'6", 120 pounds. She completed the 11th grade and quit school because she became pregnant. She was employed at the time at a private club as a bartender. My maternal grandmother died in 1964. My maternal grandfather was born 2/6/35. My father was born 12/21/60. He is 5'8", 150 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and a light complexion. He was in the U.S. Marines. My paternal grandmother was born 10/25/31. My paternal grandfather was born 9/7/26. I have a paternal uncle that was born 9/1/50. He is 6'1". He had brown hair, blue eyes and a fair complexion. I have a half-brother that was born on 6/5/77. He has blond hair, brown eyes, and a medium complexion. I also have a half-sister that was born on 10/18/78. She has blond hair, brown eyes and medium complexion. My voluntary surrender was signed by my mother on 2/11/83 and my father on 2/16/83. My mother stated in my adoption records that she had no objections in my attempting to locate her once I reached the age of majority. **All descriptions were based on the time of my adoption.
