Mother or Father of Cheryl Rose Hortsch. Adoption was supportede by catholic charities in St. Cloud MN. Cheryl was placed in a foster home for a couple of days before Larry (lawrence) anf Adeline Hortsch picked her up in St. Cloud. The birth certificate states she was born in St. Paul MN. Her birth mother lived in a farm in minnesota and had her at age 16. The father was a fellow student at school. They did not marry as far as we know. She is currently alive and has children. daughters I believe. I believe her to be still in Minnesota. She refuses contact. We were told that she told everyyone she was staying with an aunt. She stayed in a home for girls in st. Paul until the baby was born. Birth Certiicate was filed on Nov. 6th 1961. Date of Birth was 10/30/1961 Ramsey county The attorney that did the paperwork was in the Melrose area. Last name was Meyers first name may have been John. The judge that finalized the adoption papers was John Lang.
