Biological mother and any siblings I may now have by her.
I was born in Elk City, Oklahoma on January 17,1980 at about 7:05PM by c-section to a then 14 year old mother. I was placed into adoption 2 days later, to Oklahoma Dept. of Human Services. I was finally adopted, or placed with my adoptive parents, in March 1981 in Oklahoma City by the Dept of Human Services. My name given to me at birth was "Billy Ray". I know I was a very ill newborn and was ultimately moved to the Children's Hospital in Oklahoma City where I was for almost 2 months after birth before being moved to numerous foster homes before finally being placed with my adoptive parents. I was blonde haired and blue-eyed. I had no siblings at the time, but my biological mother did have sibings and her mother had died. |
