In search of Birth Mother/Birth Father - baby girl born 11/16/1970 in Des Moines, IA - birth mom was said to be white (German descent) and father African-American - I have light skin and dark brown hair - dimples. Hopeing to find my birth family and see "where I came from" - my birth certificate says I was born at Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines. My birth certificate was not signed until Sept 1972.
