My mother lived in Oaklawn, IL and am looking for my biological sister that was born sometime during October 1970 or a couple of months earlier. My mom's name is Charlotte Burns. She was around 23 years old when my sister was born I am sad to say that our mother passed away from colon cancer on December 23, 2007.
