Birth parents. I was born in Martin Memorial Hospital (Stuart, FL, Martin County) on 11/11/1975 and adopted shortly after birth. I believe both birthparents were young at the time of my birth (birth mother was approximately 15 years old) and a high school student in south florida. She had several siblings, and I believe her first name was "Debbie". I also believe that she later married and had two sons with a man other than my birth father. She would be approximately 49 years old now. Adoption was handled by a private attorney (Holder?) and was finalized in Ocala, FL (Marion County) several months after my birth. I am blonde, green eyes, 5'3" tall, average weight/build. I'm seeking medical and genealogical history from both maternal and paternal sides of birth family.
