I am searching for my cousin. He was born in Iowa County, WI most likely at St. Joseph's Hospital in approximately 1974-1976. I was very young, 5-7 years old. I met him once, the day he was brought home from the hospital. His first name was Ashley (middle name unknown). His birth mother was Karen E. Staver (could have also used surname Butteris). While I am not sure his birthfather's first name was Tom. From what I know he was removed from Aunt for neglect and possible abuse. She was living in Mineral Point, Wi at that time, I believe. I have also heard that my aunt would not relinquish her parental rights and that Ashley was moved from foster home to foster home. Also you have a half-brother.
