My name is Daniel Lee, original name given at birth. My last name is Carlson (Adoptive Last Name) My birth last name is Mauldin various ways of spelling it. I was born in Jefferson City, Missouri. I don't know what hospital. I was taken from my biological mother at birth. I have been told I have at least 6 brothers and sisters, they we're all taken at birth also. I have been told my biological mother was a paranoid schizophrenic, and a drug abuser. She moved from State to State. I was told she has family in Southeast Missouri, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
