I am looking for my mother's Natural Mother, her brother Billy, and I knowthere was a set of twins too. This is for medical things as well as just trying to complete my family. My mother said she was born in Pittsburgh Pa. August 14 , 1948 take or give a year. My grandmother either was called or she called my mom Margret or Peggy. My mother was renamed Candy Kay Icenhower. She was adopted by Joe and Laura Icenhower of Wheeling WVa. She said she had a brother named Billy. Her mother adopted her out to the Icenhowers when my mom was 5 years old. My grandmother came back once to see my mom while she was attending Ritchie Elem School. She believed that at this time Grandmother had a set of twins too. My mom had brown hair though she died it red, she had brown eyes. My grandparents the Icenhowers owned Grandma's Cozy Kitchen, A Truck service then bought the Ohio County Poor House in Wheeling formally called Halcyone Mansion/Mannr. It was made in to the Icenhower Boarding Home / Personal Care home. I wish I knew more then I do, I feel as if a part of me is missing still.
