NEW INFORMATION: LOOKING FOR: BIOLOGICAL MOTHER, AND OR SIBLINGS. Daniel Lee is my name (Given at birth by my biological mother) my last name is Carlson. Adopted by a LDS MORMON family in 1988. There names are Kurt and Caroline Carlson. I was born April 30th 1988. Biological Mothers Name: Linda Mauldin. Various ways of spelling Mauldin. I was born in Truman West Hospital, in Jefferson City Missouri. I was born with a collapsed lung, and fetal alcohol syndrome. I was told I was called a Drug baby when I was born, and my adopted mother said that she was told that I could of had very bad brain damage, from all the 'Drugs' my biological mother was doing. My biological mother was supposedly a paranoid schizophrenic, in and out of the State Of Missouri Metal Hospital. I have been told that she has family in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. No luck yet, but we're working on it. I have Light brown hair, blue eyes, I weigh about 154 lbs, and I am 5 foot 10 or 11 inches tall. I am very very very, skinny. I have a high forehead, with two little bumps at the top. I have also been told that I have 6 other brothers and sisters, all taken away at birth. They say she was 20 when I was born. Supposedly she had 4 before me, and 2 after me. In various states.
