I'm looking for my birth parents and siblings. I was told that I had four sisters and one brother (who was ten months older than I was). I was born in San Francisco General Hospital January 30, 1947 at 12:46 pm. I believe that my mothers name was Virginia. She was 21 at the time of my birth. I was adopted by Vernon and Mildred Caylor of 11 Wood Street, San Francisco, California and given the name Sandra Ann Caylor. I believe the doctor to have been Dr. Lee Fulton. I was told that an attorney was used in the adoption process. Due to my premature birth I remained in the hospital three weeks.
