Looking for information about Charles DEO or Charley KELLOGG, born about 1878 in Michigan. He was left on the steps of a foundling home and adoped by a family named DEO (This may not be true). He lost both arms in a rail road accident and wore prosthetics. He married a lady that was both death and dumb. They owned or operated a cafe in Detroit, Michigan near his brother's butcher shop. His brother was Stephen Alen KELLOGG, born 1884 in Michigan. Their sister was Sadie KELLOGG, born about 1884. Any information about these three would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you, Rich R. |
