I am looking for my birth mother, my birthdate is 1-24-67. I have been told my name was April prior to being adopted. I have been told that my adoptive father was actually my biological father named L. Toliver. My father is now deceased and my adoptive Mother is currently in a nursing home has suffered a stroke and is no longer in any condition to answer questions about the adoption. I grew up in Landover, Maryland.I was adopted through District of Columbia Child Welfare or Health and Human Services Department. |
