I am in search of my birth mother Barbara Jean Moots or any relatives that I might have. I was adopted in Flordia in 1956. My new parents were in the USMC. My father was a Major James Richard Weaver nad Mother Naomi Jeanne Weaver. We lived in Pinsicola, Fl. I was born in St Frances Hospital, Allison Island, Miami Beach, Fl.. Delivered by a Dr Roland F. Phillips. I was born on August 28th 1956 and was signed over for addoption on August 31st 1956.
