I am searching for birth parents. I was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 31, 1962. One of my birth parents had the last name Bowen. It's possible that my birth mother's name is/was Doris Esther Bowen or that she named me that name. I was adopted by a couple from Brooklyn. The adoption was finalized in February 1963. |
