Looking for Jesse/Elizabeth Burnett(nee Davis) and daughter Audrey who was born in Lethbridge Alta appox 1923. Lived in Vancouver BC area from at least 1939 to the mid 70's. Audrey had bright red hair. She married John Tartaglio in May 1940 at Our Lady of Sorrows church and gave birth to a son at Grace Hospital Nov 29/41. Audrey somehow ended up in Prince Rupert in early fall of 1943 with her son. She was looking for work and left her son with John/Rose Olsen. Audrey never returned and the Olsens moved to Smithers BC. with Audreys son. John Tartaglio died in the late 80's and never divorced Audrey. But family members said that Audrey lived with another man and had more children on Price St in Burnaby till the mid 70's. It is thought Audrey moved to Nanaimo. Audrey arranged the adoption of children for a Tartaglio family member.
My husband is the son of Audrey. The Olsens are both dead, bfather is dead. We have no medical history, and wish contact with Audrey or her family. |
