FOUND!!My birth name is Shannon Lee Jones. I am searching for my birth mother. My mother's name was Carmen Maria Jones. My mother was 17 at the time. I was born June 24, 1977 in Amsterdam, New York. i was born in St. Mary's Hospital there. The doctor's name is Alton J. Spencer. The people who adopted me was Ben & Elizabeth Fraccola. They brought me to Springhill, Florida to live, I think my birth mother came to Florida to live nearby. Ben died and Elizabeth raised me until I was 14, then she gave me to the State of Florida.
