BORN BABY GIRL ARTKOP on or around DECEMBER 23, 1956, IN CT. A sister received a phone call from the CATHOLIC FAMILY ADOPTION AGENCY about 8 years ago. Someone was trying to find someone. When she asked our mom about it, she said "leave it alone." I was just told about this 4 years ago. Because of such a lapse in time, people had difficulty remembering what was said.
