Adoption handled by Attys Lutz & Wheatcroft, through County of Los Angeles Dept. of Children's Services 695 So. Vermont Ave. LA. Adopted Parents James Leo & Julia Elaine Hodge Cline. He was Deputy Sheriff in Los Angeles, CA at the time. Both adopted parents are deceased and have no family, would like to find siblings and birth parents. Half sister born 1957 (may be named Debbie L. Wetzel and birth date may be 5/27/57). Full sister born 1958. Half brother born 1961 (may be cross-eyed), all in California. Birth mother may be Dora M. Wetzel who married a Louie G. Smith (9/13/1959), and later Dora M. Smith married a Joe Zorrozua (Los Vegas 9/15/1961).
